Start small. Push yourself, but not too much. You don’t want to risk injury! I started out with 20 minutes of walking/running when I first began working out.
Every month or so, change up your routine. If you keep doing the same thing over and over, you’ll become stagnant and bored. That’s why tip 3 is a good idea, because you can change up your calendar routine every month!
